Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through SEUR with tracking number and delivery without signature. We also offer you the option of picking up at our store in Somo.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Shipping costs

PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL:

Postage for shipments over €50.00 (VAT included) are free.

When the amount of the purchase is less than €50.00 (VAT included) the transport costs are borne by the buyer.

Surfboards are shipped with insurance so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you detect any damage to the packaging or the table, you must notify us within the first 24 hours and provide photographs.

Orders are shipped in 24/48h as long as they are placed before 2:00 p.m. and will be shipped the same day, except Surfboards that may require an extra day for packaging. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If the order is placed on a Friday afternoon or on a weekend, the shipment will be made the following Monday.

Orders with shipping to the Balearic Islands and Portugal can take between 24/72 hours.

Shipments within the Peninsula and Portugal have a fixed cost of €6.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a fixed cost of €8.

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE

EUROPE ZONE 3: GERMANY, FRANCE, LUXEMBOURG, BELGIUM AND THE NETHERLANDS

The shipping time in this area is 3/4 business days.

Shipping for orders over €100.00 (VAT included) is free.

When the amount of the purchase is less than €100.00 (VAT included) the transport costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipments to these countries have a fixed cost of €20.

Surfboards of less than €500 carry a fixed shipping cost of €30. Those of higher amount have no expenses. Surfboards are shipped with insurance so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you detect any damage to the packaging or the table, you must notify us within the first 24 hours and provide photographs.

Shipments are delivered in 3-4 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays.

Orders are shipped in 24/48h as long as they are placed before 2:00 p.m. and will be shipped the same day, except Surfboards that may require an extra day for packaging. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.

EUROPE ZONE 4: POLAND, ITALY, AUSTRIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, IRELAND, HUNGARY

The shipping time in this area is 5/7 business days.

Postage for shipments over €150.00 (VAT included) are free.

When the amount of the purchase is less than €150.00 (VAT included) the transport costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipments to these countries have a fixed cost of €25.

Surfboards of less than €500 carry a fixed shipping cost of €30. Those of higher amount have no expenses. Surfboards are shipped with insurance so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you detect any damage to the packaging or the table, you must notify us within the first 24 hours and provide photographs.

Shipments are delivered within 5-7 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ZONE 5: ROMANIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, CROATIA, ESTONIA, BULGARIA, SWEDEN, GREECE AND FINLAND.

The shipping time in this area is 5/7 business days.

Postage for shipments over €200.00 (VAT included) are free except for items on sale or second-hand.

When the amount of the purchase is less than €200.00 (VAT included) the transport costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipments to these countries have a fixed cost of €30.

Surfboards of less than €500 carry a fixed shipping cost of €50. Those of higher amount have no expenses. Surfboards are shipped with insurance so they arrive in perfect condition. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product, we give you a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

To request a refund you can do it from your customer panel, in "History and details of my Orders" and then clicking on "Data" within the corresponding order.

You just have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees and labels. The costs of the return will be borne by you.

If what you want is to make a change you will have to assume the new shipping costs. If the amount of the exchange item is greater than €50.00, the shipping costs will be free.

If we receive damaged products due to inappropriate packaging or without labels, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise and check that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and where appropriate, the shipment of the new product.

The refund may take a maximum of 14 days from the moment the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal.

In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by Escuela Cántabra de Surf, SL.
