If you liked the Toucan and the Birdseye, you are going to love the Rare Bird! Its bottom is single concave to double concave and has a smooth vee at the center fin for easy transition from rail to rail.
The wide point of the board is located a little further forward than normal allowing for a very smooth flow in smaller waves.
Additionally it comes with medium rails and a slightly reduced tail thumb which gives us an extremely versatile and friendly board. Its 5 fin configuration helps you make it perform in small seas and in tubular waves of almost 2 meters.
We recommend that you take it 2-4 inches shorter than your everyday shortboard. It fits perfectly between your Sugar and your A2.
