Aipa The Bishop 5.9 Deck

The Bishop model was developed as an everyday surfboard. A true "Quiver Killer" for surfers of all levels.

The Bishop has a fairly pronounced rocker, a polished nose outline, and a bottom concave that allows you to easily generate speed from the moment you stand up. The wide point has been moved back half an inch to create a solid feel under the back foot, and this, combined with the rounded tail, allows for sharp turns.

To improve performance, a generous single fin has been added under the front foot, which flows into a deep single fin with a double concave and a moderate V in the tail. The medium rails make it responsive and sensitive and help maintain stability in all conditions. To complement the more rearward wide point, the front fins are also set back half an inch, making it very easy to turn and maintain speed on the wave.

The Bishop is functional in a super wide range of conditions, from 3-foot California beach waves to Hawaiian waves exceeding 5 feet.
