The Lost DRIVER 3.0 surfboard is the result of three years of subtle and consistent refinements to the Driver 2.0, in collaboration with LOSTs elite surfers. Since the release of the Driver 2.0 in 2019, the LOST team has continuously pushed its evolution, always seeking a competitive edge against the worlds top surfers. This board represents a methodical advancement over its predecessor, to the point that it is no longer the same model.
It was introduced to the public at Stab In The Dark 2022 with Jack Robinson, where it nearly clinched victory. This refined design has proven to be something special. Every high-level surfer working with LOST has considered it the best board in their quiver, particularly highlighted by Griffin Colapintos wins on the WCT in Portugal and El Salvador. The DRIVER 3.0 is a direct replica of Griffins magic board during that event in El Salvador.
With more tail rocker and a deeper concave from mid-tail, the DRIVER 3.0 provides more lift, speed, and tight-turning ability. The narrower outline between the feet adds stability, while the rounded, wide tail offers confidence under the back foot, fine-tuned for control in demanding waves.
The design also incorporates more volume in the front, improving floatation and responsiveness in forward maneuvers. The DRIVER 3.0 is thicker along the stringer, increasing paddling power and drive, while the V-shaped deck removes volume and finishes with a moderate, forgiving rail.
This board has been developed with input, testing, and feedback from the worlds top surfers, proven on the biggest stage of professional surfing, yet versatile enough to be a key board in any advanced surfers quiver.
